One of our experienced recruiting consultants will discuss your selection process, job requisitions, and company culture in detail with your company representative. You will direct the contours of our search, specifying the appropriate level of skill, years of experience, geographic location, and a host of other variables. Our consultant will then collaborate with our sourcers and researchers and use that information to tailor a search for candidates who are both actively looking for jobs and those who are qualified but not looking (passive candidates) through multiple Web-based sources, including résumé databases, search engines, social networks, blogs, and forums.
Depending on your needs, we’ll either generate a list of names and contact information for your use, or we can do all of the heavy lifting: we’ll identify, visually screen, and then phone screen the candidates on your behalf to identify candidates who are most closely aligned with your requirements and confirm their interest in your position. Finally, we’ll submit a report to you of the candidates for your consideration.
